This "spinner" pin is the 9th in a series of 12 Disney Times Sunday Comic Strip pins being released at the Walt Disney World Disney Resort. The frame of the pin reads "Disney Times" on the top and "1932" on the bottom. Continued from Strip #8 the front of the pin shows the Dog Catcher saying "Did you see a queer lookin' mutt around here. Huh?" Mickey responds while pointing "Maybe he went that way! Why, what's he done?" Pluto is hiding in a barrel behind the fence. The panel spins around to show a black and white classic Mickey. The pin is individually numbered 0913.
