We are a personal shopping service and as such we generally get the item(s) you instruct us to get for you and send to you. Generally: Such items you pay us for aquiring for you and we get it 4 U. Items once purchased on your behalf are not returnable or exchangeable. Special event items may have shorter exchange times if we shipped the incorrect item so it is imperitive that we be notified at once so we can attempt to correct that immediately. Items not yet aquired or purchased on your behalf can be changed and cancelled or refunded. We refund the costs of any item we are unable to aquire for you for any reason (unless stated otherwise in item description). Please contact us as we sometimes can accomodate requests depending upon what the request may be .
- Ordering
- We are a personal shopping service and as such we generally purchase the item(s) you instruct us to get for you after reciept of your payment then send to you. Generally: Such items you pay us for aquiring for you which we get 4 U are your items which you pay for us to get and then ship to you. You pay for our time to do that on your behalf. Items once purched on your behalf are not returnable or exchangeable. Items not yet aquired or purchased on your behalf those items in your order can be changed, modified, cancelled or refunded so long as they have not yet been aquired. We in fact will automatically refund the costs of any item we are unable to aquire for you for any reason (unless stated otherwise in item description).
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept PayPal, or Bitcoin online as payments. Please us the same email address on your PayPal account with making your order so it will be able to be processed by the system properly. By mail we accept Postal Money orders, cashiers and bank checks, and Personal checks if we have an already established ordering history with you as our client. We accept Disney Dollars (same as cash) and cash with following the instructions on checkout. Generally only one use of a Coupon code per person per promotion is permitted.
- Viewing Orders
- The system for viewing orders usually is working...status updates are not necessarily actually reflective of your order...as there are some parts of the system script which are not completed so they are not updating ocassionally depending on payment methods used. If your having a difficult time viewing an order there can be many reasons...1) you must have logged in BEFORE you placed your order or it wont be accessable. 2) multiple visits and loggins can often result in multiple accounts and each being separate even though its the same client as new account created with new loggins or if using another email address. 3) creating new account to see your order AFTER its been placed seems not to work as account must be created prior to checking out.
