Billy Dee Williams The actor who played Lando Calrissian, he is an accomplished actor, artist, singer and writer. Billy D started on Broadway as a child actor in 1945 at 8 years old in The Firebrand of Florence. As an adult he succeed in many different areas of the artistic world. Billy attended the the National Academy of Fine Arts and Design and some of his pieces of artwork can be found hanging in the National Portrait Gallery, the Smithsonian Institution and the Schomburg Museum. He had a very successful record (LP) in 1961 named Let's Misbehave in which he sang swing songs.He has a had a long career between TV and Film, some of the more popular known acting roles he played: Gale Sayers in Brian's Song, Louis McKay in Lady Sings the Blues with Diana Ross and the follow up project Mahogany Lando Calrissian in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi Harvey Dent in Batman, Matthew Fox in Nighthawks, Brady Lloyd in Dynasty
