This is one of the Countdown to the Millennium series,This pin shows the submarine Nautilus from the movie 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. It has the words "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" in red along the top & December 23, 1954 in orange on the bottom. The pin is a pin on pin design and on the back is Mickey Icon Heads pattern and stamped ©Disney FOTOBALL MADE IN CHINA PIN #10 of 101
This set was Disney's first real attempt at a pin collection series, and coincided with the beginnings of pin trading during the Millennium Celebration at Walt Disney World This series also represents one of Disney's first major pin goofs, as boxes and boxes of these pins remained in storage after the end of the sale. many were shipped for sale or cast lanyards at the parks. The only pin which actually sold out was the #101 Walt and Mickey.
