The prolemuris (Na'vi name: syaksyuk) is a chattering, non-aggressive tree dweller that prefers the relative safety of the canopy to the dangers of the rain forest floor. Prolemuris are similar to monkeys or apes on Earth.
The story of this land Pandora - The World of Avatar is set one generation after the movie takes place. You enter as ecotourists who are coming to Pandora which was once a mining facility that's fallen into ruin. It's now been recovered and biologists are working with the indigenous Na'vi people to help restore the environment.
