This print shows our favorite Jedi, Jedi Mickey as Luke Skywalker on his speeder bike with some Biker Scouts in hot pursuit though the trees on the Forrest Moon of Endor. Costa Alavezos was first hired by Disney as a freelance artist and worked as a product developer producing a variety of illustrations, figurines, globes and collector plates. Costa left Burbank and continued his freelance work with Disney and also pursued a career as a Senior Artist Illustrator with Atari Inc. Finally given the opportunity to become a Senior Character Artist for Disney Them Park Merchandise Department he move to Orlando, Florida and now his exquisite designs and sculptures can be found at select art and collectible locations at Disney Theme Parks and Resorts. |
